Ramen's Meditation Technique for Teens

Teens need to learn how to meditate in order to slow down the mind chatter.  They need to find a way to lessen stress in their lives, be less anxious, quiet their minds, so that they can sleep better at night and focus more in the present moment.  Meditation helps ease pain, improve concentration, strengthen immune functions and prevent depression. Meditation is simply a mind control and mind relaxant.

I feel that beyond your nutrition and medications, there needs to be a way to quiet the mind, which is obvious, considering that the risk of acute heart attack is often associated with anxiety and stress.  Meditation not only lowers blood pressure but eases attention deficit disorder. Your patience automatically improves. Meditation is a tool to build healthier outlooks, and keep control of our present lifestyle. We need to spend more time in the present, than our culture traditionally expects us to.

Here is a simple way to learn Ramen’s meditation technique.  You can lie down on your back and relax, or sit down in a comfortable position. You can prefer any position that you want to, close your eyes and focus on your breath.

When you are breathing in slowly for 5 seconds, your mind should say “inhale” during that 5 second duration. Then when you are breathing out for 5 seconds, your mind should say “exhale” during that 5 second duration.

If you start practicing Ramen’s meditation technique, the chatter of your mind will slowly diminish. You feel better about yourself and life in general. You can develop this habit of meditation along with your ergonomics. You can challenge life’s obstacles and not be frazzled.
